The public enquiry form on this website may collect:

• Reason for contacting CHAYIL
• Message
• Confirmation of consent to use the information to respond

Information submitted through the Contact form is used to:

• receive and respond to enquiries;
• provide requested information about CHAYIL programmes and activities;
• respond to volunteering, partnership or support enquiries where relevant.

Completed enquiries are securely processed by the website and delivered to CHAYIL’s authorised email inbox for review and response.

Phase 1 does not create a public user account or profile for you and does not use a separate enquiry CRM database.

Please do not use the general enquiry form to send sensitive medical information, safeguarding case details, financial information, identity documents or other unnecessary confidential information.

CHAYIL also uses a separate restricted area for authorised content contributors. This area is not part of the normal public navigation, is protected by access controls, and is intended for authorised CHAYIL content submission and review.

Information submitted there may include:

• content type
• title
• written content
• event information
• administrator notes
• an optional image
• an optional external or video link
• submitter name

Authorised contributors may optionally upload images intended for website content.

Submitted images are held in private storage and are made available to authorised reviewers through secure, time-limited access links. A secure review link may currently remain valid for up to 30 days.

The restricted contributor area uses a secure session cookie so that an authorised user does not need to re-enter the access code on every page request during an active session. This cookie is used for security and access purposes only.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and the session cookie does not collect advertising-profile information.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, content review or related administrative purpose for which it was provided. CHAYIL does not currently publish a fixed retention period through this website.

Information submitted through this website is intended for CHAYIL and for authorised people supporting the administration of the website and its enquiry and content-review workflow, where necessary. CHAYIL does not sell information submitted through this website.

This website may contain links to external websites or services, such as WhatsApp or future confirmed social-media pages. Those services have their own privacy practices, which are not controlled by CHAYIL.
